You will work closely with Core AI CVP leadership to form an opinionated perspective on the future of software development productivity, and ensure our analytical systems evolve to match.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end developer insight experience across the developer workflow, from environment provisioning and code authoring, through CI/CD, review, deployment, and incident response
  • Drive the companys AI-assisted and agentic coding strategy: form an opinionated, data-backed perspective on where AI tooling is best served and ship integrated AI capabilities into the platform.
  • Partner with data scientists to go beyond dashboards: prioritization of research, controlled experiments, and predictive models where every study has a clear line to productivity gains.
  • Operate as an executive-level strategic voice: translate complex productivity data into narratives that drive investment decisions, influence VP/CVP engineering leaders on practices and tooling, and establish org-level productivity targets.
  • Shape the companys external position in developer productivity: through strategic partnerships, standards participation, and conference presence.

  • 5+ years of experience working directly with an engineering organization to improve productivity.
  • 3+ years of experience in support of data science and/or research efforts.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered capabilities or defining an AI tooling strategy, particularly around AI-assisted or agentic coding.
