Technical Product Owner/Scrum Master

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Technical Product Owner/Scrum Master for their Atlanta, GA location.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end requirement refinement across all Payment RAILs (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, etc.) and translate business needs into developer-ready documentation and user stories
• Technically involved in documenting requirements using JSON, YAML, and REST API specs with strong attention to detail.
• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies - sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable payment solutions.
• Work proficiently with tools such as Rally, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards and end-to-end payment processing flows.
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in fintech or banking.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Take care of the requirement refinement for all Payment RAILs
• Technically involved in documenting the requirement, Knowledge of JSON, YAML, Documentation
• Run Scrum ceremonies
• Strong understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards
• Experience with tools such as Rally, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
