We are seeking a dedicated Technical Product Owner to lead product development through a collaborative and analytical approach. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the full product lifecycle in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Lead product development by gathering and analyzing requirements while engaging with stakeholders. Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective team collaboration. Act as the primary contact for external communications, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles. Work closely with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests. Guide development teams to enhance their scrum maturity and foster a productive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive products and features from concept to launch. Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria. Develop and maintain tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch. Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business/System Analyst. Proficient in API design, development, and managing system integrations. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly as a Scrum Master. Preferred Skills Familiarity with SQL and data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience in a product company or startup environment. Understanding of software development practices and lifecycle. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
