We're looking for a hands-on professional who can bridge between technology and product, drive innovation, and turn complex systems into intelligent, data-driven solutions.
What You'll Do Lead the design and integration of AI and NLP capabilities within large-scale operational systems Define product requirements, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with Engineering, Data, and UX teams Manage POCs and innovation initiatives from concept to implementation Translate user and operational needs into practical, scalable technical solutions Collaborate closely with R&D teams, researchers, and operational users to bring ideas to life
What We're Looking For At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management or senior engineering roles Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Software, or related field) Strong understanding of cloud architectures, data integration, and AI/LLM solutions Ability to connect engineering execution with product strategy and user value Systems-level thinking and experience driving cross-functional initiatives Advantage: background in defense, homeland security, or C4ISR domains
