Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for marketing data products, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Drive the productization of customer and marketing data services across online and in-store channels.
  • Leverage AI/ML capabilities to create data-driven products that enhance personalization, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and ensure successful delivery.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product adoption, performance, and value delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on customer and marketing data, fostering alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on data-driven or technical products.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing data, customer insights, and digital marketing ecosystems (online and in-store).
  • Proven experience working with AI/ML technologies and data platforms.
  • Solid technical background with the ability to understand and discuss APIs, data architectures, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketing technology domains.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, Snowflake) and marketing analytics tools.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
