We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to bridge business needs and technical solutions within the enterprise IT environment. The TPM will lead stakeholder engagement, gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and prioritized product backlogs while collaborating with architects, developers, security teams, and vendors to deliver scalable and compliant technology solutions.
Responsibilities include managing product intake and evaluation processes, overseeing system integrations and technical dependencies, supporting cloud and enterprise platform initiatives (Azure/AWS, GIS/spatial systems, ServiceNow), maintaining technical documentation and governance standards, and providing project updates to leadership. The role also involves coordinating vendor and contractor-led development efforts and driving continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience
Strong experience with business analysis, stakeholder management, and technical documentation
Familiarity with data pipelines, GIS/spatial systems, Azure/AWS, APIs, and enterprise platforms
Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications:
Government, enterprise IT, or transportation technology experience
Vendor or contractor management experience
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise governance standards
