Summary:
We are seeking a highly collaborative Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Product Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology, business process improvement, and solution design. This is a hybrid role combining aspects of Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Process Engineering, and Software Development.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical professional who can engage directly with business stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, define solution requirements, and leverage modern AI tools to rapidly develop and refine solutions. Rather than serving as a traditional software architect or pure developer, this individual will approach problems with an architectural mindset while remaining hands-on in solution delivery.
A key component of this role involves partnering with business users, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and utilizing AI-powered development tools (including Claude) to accelerate the creation of Python and React-based applications. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in an agile environment with frequent stakeholder interaction, rapid iteration cycles, and weekly releases.
Responsibilities:
Business Engagement & Solution Discovery
Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, goals, and opportunities.
Facilitate discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions to uncover business needs and pain points.
Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and operational efficiency.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and product enhancements.
Serve as a trusted advisor between business teams and technical resources.
Build relationships across functional teams and drive alignment on priorities and solution direction.
Product & Business Analysis
Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution designs.
Prioritize initiatives and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
Evaluate proposed solutions through a product and process improvement lens.
Support backlog development and iterative delivery planning.
Participate in release planning and ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
AI-Assisted Solution Development
Utilize AI platforms, including Claude and similar technologies, to accelerate software development and solution delivery.
Create, refine, and optimize prompts that generate scalable and maintainable application code.
Evaluate AI-generated output for accuracy, performance, security, and business alignment.
Partner with stakeholders and development resources to continuously improve solutions through rapid iteration cycles.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities to improve both business processes and software delivery.
Full Stack Engineering
Develop, enhance, and support applications using Python and React technologies.
Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services.
Design intuitive user experiences and front-end functionality.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and solution planning.
Ensure applications are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned to organizational standards.
Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution as needed.
Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement
Analyze workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Recommend and implement process improvements that drive measurable business value.
Leverage technology, automation, and AI capabilities to streamline operations.
Continuously evaluate existing solutions and recommend enhancements.
Support a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
4-8 years of experience in software development, technical business analysis, product analysis, or related roles.

Experience building modern web applications using React.
