Promote standards conventional protection and substation automation products direct from utilities or channels but leveraging futuristic technologies like digital substation technologies, electromagnetic pulse mitigation, and cloud-based IoT solutions. Up to 50% domestic travel required. Remote work permitted. Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Power Systems, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in an acceptable alternate occupation. The position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: Core Protection and Automation experience in Commissioning, Business Development, and Projects with a solid endeavor to influence customers with technology; Direct customer service experience and experience building positive relationships; Ability to read electrical schematics to identify the best solutions considering Siemens products; Experience with standards, such as UL, IEEE, NEMA, IEC, NEC, and ANSI; Experience with the standard IEC 61850; Experience with network design and redundancy protocols, such as RSTP, PRP, and HSR.
