What you will do The Technical Operator works in small teams focused on the safe and efficient harvest of polysilicon from reactors to ensure continuous operations. To complete this task, Technical Operators will:
Technical Operators will work with management to achieve reactor turnaround standards and also to find ways to optimize and continuously improve efficiencies, throughput, and uptime. Technical Operators will have support staff as needed and they are expected to contact them whenever additional expertise is required. Operators are obligated to follow company policies regarding health and environmental protection, work safety, plant safety, and quality. Operators are responsible for RCRA generation as relating to container and labeling usage, maintenance and storage functions, and regular inspections of RCRA applicable areas, as well as other duties as they are assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED are required
TYPE OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED Technical and mechanical aptitude as well as basic computer skills
TYPE OF KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR LICENSING/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
