This role can support any of our divisions and may be located at one of our several offices.ABOUT THE JOBAs part of Anduril's Technical Operations team, you will deploy and support our products worldwide, working closely with engineering teams to improve them over time. You will coach teammates and customers, advise account managers, and communicate product refinement recommendations to engineering.WHAT YOU'LL DOSupport military defense projects by executing technical operations, conducting field maintenance, providing customer field support and trainingTackle complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments, driving them to resolutionCommunicate field issue status to internal and customer teamsSupport the development and implementation of comprehensive operational and logistical plans for various eventsPre‑configure systems and ensure seamless integration with customer infrastructureTroubleshoot issues in real‑time, applying analytical thinking and hands‑on problem‑solving skillsAdminister and maintain Linux systems across all of our products, serving as a subject‑matter expert in systems administrationConduct incident response root‑cause analyses (RCAs) for defense systems in the fieldConduct post‑incident reviews and implement preventive measuresREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of strong problem‑solving experience in unstructured environments at the interface of hardware, software, and networkingDemonstrated ability to train peers or customers on product operationExperience working with cross‑functional engineering teams and external customers, reconciling differing opinions toward consensusProficient in hands‑on assembly, repair, and maintenance of technical hardware in the fieldAbility to travel to remote regions up to two months at a time (up to 75% of the year)Ability to relocate as neededEligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret/Secret clearanceEligible for DoW SkillBridge ProgramPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSB.S. in computer science, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related technical fieldAbility to develop complex operational and logistics plans for rapid movement of people and equipment over long distances and unfamiliar locationsPrior military or overseas contracting experienceCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe salary range is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors.
