About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Manager with 6-10 years of cyber operations experience to join our team in a customer-facing role supporting both mission execution and contract performance. This position works directly alongside customers to provide program management support for meeting contract requirements while also delivering hands-on technical subject matter expertise.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in dynamic environments, coordinating across stakeholders, managing complex technical efforts, and contributing both strategically and tactically to cyber operations objectives. This role does not require a degree. Mentorship from a senior technical manager will be provided to support onboarding, professional development, and long-term success in the position.
