Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead / Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for enterprise applications, cloud modernization, and system integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure Government, AWS, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dynamics, and custom .NET applications.
Responsibilities

• Design enterprise application architectures. 
• Lead application modernization and cloud migration initiatives. 
• Define technical standards and best practices. 
• Review code and mentor development teams. 
• Support DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure coding practices. 
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• 10+ years designing enterprise software solutions. 
• 5+ years as Technical Lead or Solution Architect supporting Federal IT. 
• Strong experience with: 
  • Microsoft 365 
  • SharePoint Online 
  • Power Platform 
  • Azure Government 
  • .NET/C# 
  • SQL Server 
  • REST APIs 
  • Dataverse 
• Experience with AWS and cloud migration. 
• Knowledge of NIST, Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and CI/CD. 
• Microsoft Azure certifications preferred.
