Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Lead / Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for enterprise application development, cloud modernization, systems integration, and solution architecture across a Microsoft-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical architecture and solution design activities.
Serve as the technical lead for application modernization initiatives.
Provide oversight for software development, integration, testing, deployment, and code quality.
Guide technical teams on best practices, DevSecOps, and secure application development.
Develop technical roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and implementation strategies.
Support modernization, migration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and Government standards.
Mentor development teams and provide technical direction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of enterprise application development and solution architecture experience.
