Technical Lead / Senior C# .NET Developer (Azure, PostgreSQL, ReactJS)

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Technical Lead / Senior C# .NET Developer (Azure, PostgreSQL, ReactJS) for their Cleveland, OH location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Technical Lead/ Senior Developer responsible for designing resilient Azure based solutions that optimize data management with PostgreSQL and robust services with C sharp.
• The associate will collaborate across teams and ensure secure scalable systems that support business growth and positive customer impact.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and microservices using C#, PostgreSQL , ReactJS and Azure, ensuring high performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, architecture designs, and high-quality feature implementations aligned with project goals.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and data access layers while ensuring data integrity, performance tuning, indexing, and support for transactional and analytical workloads.
• Leverage Azure services, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and cloud best practices to improve application scalability, operational efficiency, observability, and release quality.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture guidance, documentation, security best practices, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce technical debt and accelerate delivery.

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 3–5+ years leading technical teams or serving as a Technical Lead
• Strong experience designing and building cloud-native enterprise applications
