Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, highly technical Technical Lead to collaborate on the architecture and lead the development / delivery of Model Context Protocol (MCP) solutions that enable AI agents, applications, and enterprise systems to securely interact with business data, APIs, and workflows.
This role will establish engineering standards, mentor developers, drive technical design decisions, and serve as the primary technical authority for MCP implementations for a development team focused on integrations through MCP. The Technical Lead will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, AI Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and reusable MCP services that accelerate AI-driven software delivery and business automation.
The ideal candidate possesses strong software engineering experience, API integration expertise, cloud architecture knowledge, and a deep understanding of AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Architecture & Solution Design
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable MCP solutions.
Contribute to MCP server architecture and deployment models.
Contribute to standards for:
Authentication and authorization
Rate limiting
Error handling
Logging and monitoring
Tool registration
Context management
Security and compliance
Evaluate and recommend frameworks, technologies, and deployment approaches.
Software Development
Develop and maintain MCP servers, tools, resources, and prompts.
Build integrations with:
REST APIs
GraphQL APIs
SQL Server
Databricks
Snowflake
Azure Services
Internal enterprise applications
Create reusable components and accelerators.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
AI & Agent Enablement
Design MCP interfaces that support AI agents and Copilot experiences.
Collaborate with AI engineering teams to optimize context delivery.
Define standards for:
Prompt management
Tool discoverability
Context windows
Agent interaction models
Evaluate emerging MCP and AI technologies.
