Job Description:
This Technical Lead position is in a support/development area for the Leasing division. This individual will work closely with the line of business and technology colleagues to assist in the development, implementation, assessment, and support of one or more environments, applications, or platforms. They will be a mentor to junior engineers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • .Net Full-Stack developer
  • Being able to refine and document the technical needs in Jira.
    • Translate business requirements to technical tasks
    • Read business requirements and produce actionable items for team
  • GitLab manage code reviews and merges into the release branch
  • Help define roadmap
  • Develops high-quality, clean, and maintainable code while establishing and enforcing coding best practices; conducts code reviews across all engineering levels.
  • Leads the design and oversight of system architecture to ensure optimal performance, scalability, availability, and resolution of application and client experience issues across environments and platforms.
  • Serves as the team's technical subject matter expert, mentoring junior engineers and leading training initiatives to strengthen overall team capability.
  • Ensures adherence to secure coding standards and proactively integrates security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Evaluates and implements emerging technologies, defining strategies across the full software development lifecycle; manages technology selection, budget considerations, and stakeholder communication.
  • Defines high-level application and platform architecture, clearly communicating design decisions, trade-offs, and business impacts to stakeholders.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned, with responsibilities subject to change based on organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business or technology related major or equivalent work experience
  • Owns the development, implementation, assessment, and support of one or more components of an environment, application, or platform.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relational databases, SQL programming logic and reporting
  • Understanding of following languages (.Net, C# , SQL)
  • Capable of effectively handling multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial lending support one or more areas of the loan lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills that can explain technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Basic understanding of Agile software development methodology
  • Experience working on geographically diverse teams.
  • Experience with JIRA and Git lab
  • Strong understanding of (.Net, ASP.NET , MVC , SQL , C#)
