You start the morning syncing with engineering, procurement, operations, and customer stakeholders to align on scope, deliverables, schedules, and resources. By mid-morning, you’re refining the project plan—updating timelines, tracking budgets and forecasts, and confirming action items from yesterday’s meeting. After lunch, you lead a customer call as the primary point of contact, clarifying requirements, sharing status, and documenting decisions. Later, you flag a schedule risk, facilitate mitigation planning, and process a change request in partnership with internal teams. You close the day by organizing documentation to company standards and preparing a smooth transition to service and operations for an upcoming closeout.
As a Project Lead, you coordinate and deliver complex projects from kickoff through completion. You ensure work is executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality bar—always with the customer outcome in mind.
Expect up to 50% travel to customer sites, project locations, and company facilities for execution, meetings, installations, testing, and key milestones.
