Who We Are Looking For
Re:Build Harness Solutions is building a digital-first wire harness engineering and manufacturing platform. We are seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to lead technical execution, operational systems, and customer growth for the business. This is not a traditional engineering management role. We are looking for an ambitious leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds scalable systems, and creates long-term customer value through engineering excellence, digital innovation, and operational execution. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in wire harnesses with strong customer engagement, business leadership, and manufacturing systems thinking.

What You Bring to the Team
Travel up to 30% required. Preferred location: Kalamazoo, MI (Re:Build Tekna facility), with consideration for candidates near major hardtech hubs.
Compensation Range: The base salary range for this position is $138,000 - $ 208,000 per year. This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
