Job Summary (List Format):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Product Management, PCC, Materials, Quality, Color, and Manufacturing to execute product development and fit goals.
- Own fit and construction process from concept to commercialization and production for assigned apparel styles.
- Ensure on-time development and delivery according to critical dates, product specifications, and business goals for sustainability, performance, and profitability.
- Manage assigned styles within the Apparel team, providing creative solutions and executing digital prototypes and tech packs for factories.
- Review prototypes and samples, monitor product development milestones, and conduct fit sessions to ensure timely production readiness.
- Create and update detailed tech packs (measurements, construction sketches, graphic placements) for PCC and factory partners.
- Conduct proto review sessions, write fit and construction comments, and drive consistency in fit and construction standards.
- Identify and resolve construction/manufacturing challenges to deliver tested, high-quality products.
- Monitor and communicate progress throughout the product testing process to meet integrity and quality requirements.
- Utilize technical skills in pattern design, pattern engineering, and garment construction for hardwovens, denim, twill, jackets, and fixed waist pants.
- Use digital tools such as CLO 3D, PCX, Adobe Illustrator, CAD Pattern Design Software (Optitex preferred), and MS Office.
- Interpret design intent, provide alternative solutions, and serve as a technical resource for the team.
- Work directly with factory vendors to ensure manufacturability and improve production processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in apparel design, textile science, or related field (or equivalent experience); 8+ years of technical design experience in apparel development, including pattern making, grading, construction, materials, costing, and manufacturing; strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
