Technical Delivery Lead/PM

Role: Senior Infrastructure Technical Project / Program Location: Jacksonville, FL, Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA, Plano, Texas, or Charlotte, NC

Rate: $70-$73/hour W2

Hybrid Onsite

Must-Have Requirements

• 10-15+ years of Project or Program Management experience

• Recent Banking or Financial Services experience

• Extensive enterprise Infrastructure Project Management experience

• Experience leading:

• Data Center Exit projects

• Data Center Buildouts

• Infrastructure modernization initiatives

• Server refreshes

• Technology migrations

• Non-Permitted Technology (NPT) remediation

• Strong understanding of:

• Windows Server

• Linux

• Unix

• Storage infrastructure

• Enterprise networking

• Compute/server infrastructure

• Experience coordinating large cross-functional engineering teams

• Strong risk, dependency, and executive stakeholder management

Preferred Experience

• Large financial services or banking environment
• Cybersecurity or infrastructure resilience initiatives
• Enterprise infrastructure transformation programs
• Highly regulated environments
• Multiple concurrent infrastructure workstreams

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives supporting the Never Down Cyber program
• Manage infrastructure modernization and NPT remediation efforts
• Coordinate server, storage, networking, cybersecurity, and engineering teams
• Drive data center exit and migration activities
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and dependencies
• Communicate status to executive leadership
• Remove blockers and proactively solve delivery challenges
• Ensure projects remain on schedule across multiple infrastructure workstreams
