We are seeking Senior Technical Project Manager candidates to work on a team at our client site in Newport Beach, CA. The role is onsite 4 days per week.
W2 Hourly rate range: $80.00 - 105.64. This role is W2 hourly with Roth Staffing (Ledgent Tech is a division of Roth). No 3rd party candidates can be considered.
As a Sr. Technical Project Manager supporting the Engineering Excellence organization, you will lead the delivery of initiatives designed to improve engineering execution, developer productivity, delivery velocity, and platform effectiveness across the enterprise.
You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, platform, and architecture teams to translate technical strategy into clear, executable plans, driving outcomes from planning through implementation and adoption.
This job requires more than traditional project coordination. This role requires a technically fluent delivery leader who can operate confidently at the intersection of:

Engineering Excellence Delivery
Lead delivery of enterprise initiatives focused on improving:
Developer productivity and engineering workflows
CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment practices
Delivery tooling and engineering systems (e.g., backlog management, reporting, planning tools)
Engineering metrics, performance visibility, and delivery predictability
Technical debt reduction and modernization initiatives
Translate engineering strategy and initiatives into:
Clear delivery plans
Defined milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
Ensure delivery aligns to both: Engineering priorities Enterprise commitments and timelines
Technical Delivery Leadership
Partner directly with engineering and architecture teams to:
Understand technical concepts, delivery models, and system dependencies
Validate delivery sequencing, risks, and execution approach

DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
