What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, operational role where you'll help keep service and customer workflows running smoothly. You'll:
Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer requests across phone and email; 40+ calls/daily
Coordinate service activities by partnering with internal teams and scheduling resources
Enter and manage orders, service requests, and related documentation with a high level of accuracy
Monitor order and shipment progress to ensure timely delivery and resolution
Support internal teams with inventory-related updates and movement of materials
Assist with processing returns and tracking service outcomes
Maintain strong follow-through with customers to ensure a positive experience
Step in to support general office operations as needed
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Background in customer support, operations, or call center environments with steady volume
Exposure to inventory, logistics, or service-related workflows
Industry experience: Manufacturing, Distribution
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy
Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable working within systems and handling transactional data entry
Proficiency with standard business tools like Outlook, Excel, and Word
Naturally organized, detail-driven, and dependable

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
