Job Purpose
The Technical Consultant is responsible for the provisioning, configuration, and successful delivery of the Surefire CRM platform for new and existing clients. This is primarily an internal-facing, technical role: the Technical Consultant partners with Implementation Consultants and Customer Success Managers who own the client relationship, enabling them with accurate, well-tested platform configurations. The Technical Consultant contributes to best practice development, maintains thorough documentation, and works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Technology teams to continuously improve the delivery practice.

Remote Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role is between $70,000 – $90,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
