Supports the Data & Insights team by analyzing data, maintaining dashboards, and delivering clear reports to track digital adoption performance, while assisting stakeholders with data requests and ensuring accuracy in business metrics.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Data & Insights team in analyzing data and preparing reports to track digital product adoption and performance
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools used by internal teams and stakeholders
- Work with team members to gather business requirements and help translate them into data analysis tasks
- Be a champion for the agile community and help to further the community within the organization.
- Data preparation & basic analysis
- Dashboard requirements, updates & maintenance
- Stakeholder support
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree (computer science, information systems, engineering or related field) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this capacity.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
- Experience withBI tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
- Ability to perform adoption analysis
- Experience with dashboard development and KPI frameworks
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good communication skills and ability to work with team members
- Business accumen
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and ask questions
