o Experience with client-facing digital platforms, self-service features, and digital onboarding processes (including KYC concepts).
o Exposure to AI/ML-driven product features (e.g., chatbots, process automation) is a significant advantage.

Seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner to drive the evolution of our critical products. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution. You will work with clients, product managers, and technology partners to define, analyze, and translate complex business needs into robust, scalable, and client-centric functional solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep domain expertise in financial services, a passion for Agile methodologies, and a forward-looking perspective on digital innovation.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Agile Product Ownership:
o Serve as the Product Owner for a dedicated team, defining product vision, and managing the backlog in alignment with strategic objectives.
o Analyze business epics and features to create clear, comprehensive, and actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria (including positive/negative scenarios) several sprints ahead of development.
o Champion Agile best practices, including rigorous backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to drive an increase in sprint predictability and reduce spillover.
o Facilitate collaborative sessions like example mapping and story walkthroughs to ensure a shared understanding across development, quality control, and business stakeholders.
Solution Design & Analysis:
o Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, including pseudo-code, process flows, and data models.
o Analyze and map industry-standard financial formats (e.g., ISO 20022 XML, EDIFACT) to internal proprietary systems.
o Partner with architecture and development teams to design solutions for platform modernization, including the convergence of legacy systems into modern, API-first platforms.
o Define requirements for AI-driven process improvements, such as automated document extraction, validation, and GenAI-powered client support tools.
Quality & Risk Management:
o Promote an "automation-first" and "shift-left" quality culture by integrating testing and quality considerations early in the requirements lifecycle.
o Collaborate with QA teams to develop comprehensive test strategies and review defects against missed scenarios to prevent recurrence.
o Incorporate risk management and data governance principles into the product backlog, ensuring solutions are compliant and secure by design.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
o Act as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for cross-functional teams across different regions and time zones.
o Lead cross-team impact assessments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration on large-scale initiatives.
o Provide Level 3 support for investigating and resolving production issues, driving root cause analysis.
o Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation, prototypes, and training materials to support new feature launches.
