Technical Analyst
Location: Everett, WA
Pay Rate: $48/hour
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- First shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST
Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Technical Analyst to evaluate parts, materials, processes, and technologies to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with established specifications. This role plays a key part in identifying failures, improving processes, and supporting continuous innovation across products and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and testing to evaluate parts, materials, processes, and equipment
- Analyze failed components and processes to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
- Develop and execute test plans; document findings, results, and recommendations
- Identify, categorize, and troubleshoot failures with a focus on long-term solutions
- Propose, develop, and validate updates to procedures and specifications
- Assess suitability of parts, materials, and processes for intended applications
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve technical issues
- Drive continuous improvement by designing, developing, testing, and implementing new technologies and concepts
- Provide technical guidance and consultation to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (AA) in a technical field
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with digital tools
Additional Information
- Overtime: Not required, but opportunities may be available
- Travel: None (domestic or international)
- Physical Requirements: Frequent standing/walking; ability to lift up to 25 lbs
