Overview

The Technical ADMS Test Lead will be an essential part of our team to grow the Engineering practice in our OT Control Systems domain and will have an in-depth understanding of how the ADMS system works and its function and non-functional aspects. Flexible and versatile enough to cover multiple roles if needed on a project, including ADMS SME, ADMS Advisor, ADMS Configurations, and having a knowledge of both the back end (IT, Infrastructure, Network, Security) and front end (UI, OMS, DMS, and Advanced Applications) sides of ADMS.
Responsibilities
The ADMS Test Lead is responsible for the planning, monitoring and control of the testing activities and tasks. From the start of the project, the Test Lead coordinates and oversees all day-to-day aspects of the administration of the testing.
Developing the Test Strategy and Coordinating with the business SME and Technical Lead in the identification and development of test data (test plan, test cases, test scripts, test tools configuration)
Preparing for and coordinating testing and working with the business area to define the entry and exit testing criteria
Supervising the quality and the processes of testing during test cycles owned by the vendor
Leading and engaging the resources required for various types of testing
Communicating and obtaining approval of test results (integration and acceptance testing) from the Business Process Owners
Tracking and managing the various testing activities during the project lifecycle
Ensuring that the Requirement Traceability Matrix is updated with the mapping of Test Cases to the Project Requirements
Providing inputs to the Project Manager in developing the integrated Project Schedule (activities related to testing)
Leading the defects triage meetings
Leading the internal and external stakeholders to deliver defect fixes according to the plan
Providing weekly status of the testing and defect resolution activities to the project team
Identifying and escalating risks and issues (related to testing) with the project team
Developing testing metrics and participating in lessons learned and project close-out meetings
Determining and transitioning the ownership of relevant test artifacts (Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Data, Test Cases, Test environments, Test Results, IDs, permissions, etc.) to support the team.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience working with large electric and/or gas utilities and OT Control Systems
Strong knowledge of ADMS systems (ABB, GE, Siemens, OSII, ACS, Schneider, Aveva, etc.) is a must
Strong client-facing, reporting, and communications skills
Strong leadership skills
Proven experience working with software test management tools such as Jira or HP ALM
Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects in parallel.

Compensation
In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation
Employee may be eligible for participation in the Companys annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range
USD $99,320.00 - USD $238,347.20 /Yr.
