Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Commercial Operations and Technical Account Manager Team Lead; provide superior service in expanding and maintaining the Commercial Lines client base; analyze and maintain your client book of business by assisting with quoting,handling client requests by mail, phone, email or in person from the policyholders, carrier representatives or others concerning their insurance needs.

Ideal candidates must have the following:
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • At least one year of experience in a broker or carrier setting
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist Client Account Manager on new business and renewal business process including but not limited to gathering renewal information, preparing submission applications, setting up master certificates, and issuing auto ID cards
  • Prepare and send endorsement requests, review audits to ensure accuracy, and manage policy checking procedure
  • Maintain accurate Agency Management System files for each client
  • Stay informed of industry trends, develop carrier relationships, and participate in ongoing professional development relevant to Commercial Lines Insurance
  • Coordinate endorsement and audit billing with internal billing team
Certificates/Licenses/Education:

Bachelor's Degree Required

Property & Casualty Insurance License Required
