RingLeader is looking for a Technical Account Manager to assist the Sales team with day -to -day pre and post customer support. This candidate will need to be organized and maintain detailed data records to assist in several different reporting tasks. This position will be in Fredericksburg, VA with possible hybrid work environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of pre and post sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Address product -related questions and technical challenges<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Educate clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business growth.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor accounts to ensure the usage of products at optimal performance for each customer.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Evaluating customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Act as the middleman to support the organization to ensure client escalations are resolved in due time.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Partner with Regional Account Managers to build relationships with decision makers, business contacts, and influencers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Providing reports to developers and stakeholders on product performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in a good condition.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Tracking account metrics<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience in technical support and sales.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Good technical and product knowledge.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Good critical thinking and problem -solving skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Working knowledge of sales software.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
