    Job Description

    Drive sales growth across Washington and Oregon by managing existing distributor relationships and developing new end-user accounts

    Conduct hands-on product demonstrations in the field, working directly with customers to improve process performance

    Identify customer needs and deliver solution-based recommendations tailored to application requirements

    Promote and expand adoption of new product lines, including adhesives, within existing accounts

    Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, shop owners, and industrial customers

    Manage a structured territory plan, including daily field activity and scheduled account visits

    Track sales and pipeline activity using CRM and reporting tools

    Gather and communicate competitive market intelligence (pricing, product trends, positioning)

    Coordinate orders and pricing in partnership with distributors and internal teams

    Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of responsiveness and service

    Participate in industry events, trade shows, and ongoing product training

    The Successful Applicant

    3+ years of experience in field-based or technical salesStrong preference for backgrounds in:

    Automotive aftermarket

    Industrial supplies

    Abrasives / surface prep

    Marine or woodworking industries

    Experience selling into:

    Small to mid-sized industrial or shop environments

    Consumables-driven businesses

    Hands-on, technical mindset with the ability to:

    Demonstrate products

    Work in shop or manufacturing environments
