What You Will Be Doing
Provide day-to-day tech support and basic
troubleshooting
Assist with system updates, user support, and general
technical needs
Work with spreadsheets and internal systems to track
information
Travel between San Antonio locations when needed to provide on-site
support
Learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced
environment
What We are Looking For
Previous experience in tech support, IT support, or
similar role
Strong general office skills (comfortable with
Excel/spreadsheets)
Highly trainable with a positive, can-do attitude
Reliable transportation (required for travel between
locations)
Flexible availability (some evenings and weekends may
be needed)
Strong communication skills and team mindset
