Tech Support Coordinator

Salary: Per Master Agreement, with consideration given for education and experience.

Position Details

The Tech Support Coordinator serves primarily as a customer service liaison for staff and students in need of assistance with basic technology tasks, and as a technician to assist the Tech Director with larger tasks and projects. Duties include trouble-shooting computer, network, and web issues, servicing and updating personal tech devices, basic installation and maintenance of classroom learning systems, and other tasks as assigned by the Tech Director.

Laker Schools is a well-funded and stable K-12 district with a student enrollment around 1,000 students. Located in Huron County just minutes from the Lake Huron shoreline, we have a supportive community, active tech bond and sinking fund, and beautifully updated facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work effectively with students and promote a warm, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computing and technology applications.
  • Education and/or experience in technology preferred.
