Immediate need for a talented Tech Lounge Specialist/IT Technician. This is a 03 monthscontract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Niskayuna, NY (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $23 - $24/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? 1.) Deskside Support 2.) Customer Service
  • What will the work schedule be for this position? M-F 8-5, no OT straight 40
  • Will there be OC (on call)? No
  • Will there be shift differentials? No
  • How many overall years of experience should this person have? 3-6 years’ experience supporting PC Hardware and software
  • Do they need any specific certifications or education? A and Microsoft MCP a plus
  • If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $25
  • How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? This is onsite at one location, not a driving role
  • What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Within 30 minutes of the site
  • What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? 1 Research Cir., Niskayuna, NY 12309.
