You thrive in a player-coach environment where you'll spend roughly 50% of your time in the code and 50% of your time leading your team and collaborating with other stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesThe Tech Lead, Software Engineering, is an integral part of the Product and Software Engineering organization at Remodel Health! You will enjoy working at the intersection of technology, the healthcare industry, customer success (both internal and external), product management and software architecture. You will directly manage a team of 5-7 Software Engineers (Jr through to Sr) in the development of software projects towards company goals. You will help define systems architecture as well as help define product roadmap.
