Position Tech Lead
Location Philadelphia (day one onsite)
Experience in OSS/Fulfillment Operations, ideally in telecom or network resource provisioning environments.
Strong understanding of upgrade validation for new elements/vendors, including Samsung and Nokia stacks.
Familiarity with 5G stack concepts and how they fit into fulfillment, operations, and service readiness.
Exposure to KPIs and dashboard requirements used in operations reporting; experience with Power BI / Tableau is a plus, though another team may own the dashboard build.
Comfortable working EST hours; on site preferred, but offshore is acceptable. This team mostly works remotely and visit office monthly. Our existing candidate Brad kind of a setup.
