We are seeking a Tech Lead or Manager to drive modernization in the collections space, focusing on integrating legacy systems into new platforms.
Location is Hopkins, MN, onsite 3 days/week, with a 6-month contract to perm. The role involves leading offshore teams, managing migration from Access to SQL Server and cloud architectures, and upgrading campaign tools from Angular to Java/.NET.
Key responsibilities include liaising between business and technical teams, ensuring data accuracy, supporting testing and automation, and meeting project timelines.
Candidates should have strong SQL/data application skills, experience with contact center/campaign tools, familiarity with Angular, Java, .NET, cloud architectures, and offshore team management.
Preferred qualifications include experience in collections/financial services, IVR/voice campaign tech, and QA/test automation.
Interview involves 2 video sessions. Must be available mornings for offshore coordination.
