Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Completing an audit with representatives at the site to identify drawings that have not been successfully turnedover into spider
o Electrical (E&I department)
o Utilities
o Liquids Making
o Liquids Packing
o Solids
o Gummies
o Current Projects
- Working with Teamcenter team to identify drawings that do not have source files/editable files
- Creation of New drawings to resolve and drawings gaps identified during the audite
- Creating and execution action plan of following:
o Number of drawings requiring creation of editable file
Resource would complete any required drawing update
o Number of drawings that require updating (outdated drawings)
Resource would complete any required updates
o Number of drawings that are required to be created
Resource would complete any required updates

External Skills And Expertise:
"
•Experience in Autocad
.Able to read Autocad drawings from different discipline
Maintain Site's technical documentation SharePoint repository.
• Site Admin for check in and check out of drawings, process safety studies, project documents.
• Monitor, facilitate, and maintain Tech Doc related software/programs."
