The AmeriCorps Member will support Café au Plays mission to strengthen families with young children ages 0-4 by expanding high-quality play-based arts learning opportunities and building organizational capacity through volunteer system restructuring.
The AmeriCorps member will also play a crucial role in supporting parents in making the Cafe open Saturdays a regularly requested day where very little childcare exists in La Plata County where Cafe au Play has been previously unable to offer support.
