• Engage directly with customers while representing the AT&T brand professionally and positively
• As a Sport-Minded Sales & Marketing Associate, help drive business growth through outreach, sales promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Assist and execute marketing and sales campaigns to strengthen the business presence within the local community
• Learn and apply business development strategies to improve business performance/growth as a Team-Oriented Sales Associate
• Collaborate with other marketing and sales team members to reap the best possible outcomes for the business
• Participate daily with the Team-Oriented Sales Associate team and contribute ideas to meet or exceed business goals

Qualifications for the Team-Oriented Sales Associate:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Obtains a growth mindset as a Team-Oriented Sales Associate
• Can execute interpersonal conversations while applying trained sales and marketing skills
• Willing and interested in learning sales and marketing techniques
• Ambitious and results-driven individual 
• Able to work on-site in Stamford, CT
