Team Member

Team Members are the front liners in providing positive customer service. The job entails: prepping fruit, making frozen fruit bases; smoothies; juices; smoothie bowls, taking customer orders, cleaning work stations, and executing effective customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and assemble the orders
• Replenish supplies and condiments and maintain inventory
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
• Maintain a positive work environment for guests and staff
• Check products to ensure consistency, presentation, and flavor conformity
• Perform food preparation or service tasks
• Use point of sale cash register system
• Addressing any questions or comments that customers may have
• Communication with co-workers and manager

Requirements:

• Must at least be over the age of 16
• Ability to work at least 15+ hours weekly
• Weekend availability is a MUST
• Must be able to lift over 25 pounds
• Must be dependable, committed, communicative
• Must have working Smart Phone
• Must have weekend availability
