Team Member/Shift Leader

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Jersey Mikes team! We have a wide range of availability options we are looking to fill from morning to midday to night. We will need people who enjoy a fast pace environment and love working with customers on a daily basis. l am able to work with all kinds of scheduling demands. Overall looking for smiling faces who like working as a team in a fast pace environment. We do pay weekly and you do collect gratuity as well, if you are looking for a management role I have some positions available as well.

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring the smooth running of our establishment. Your role will involve supervising the team, managing customer service, and maintaining a high level of hospitality.

• Supervise and lead a team of employees during your shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or catering facility.
