Bagel or Nothing is a small, family-owned business looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who are ready to wake up bright and early and bring a positive attitude to our customers and team. We operate as one unit, and every team member plays an important role in keeping our shop running smoothly.
We are looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to assist in all areas of the shop when needed.
Work Schedule
Monday–Sunday All shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Morning availability is required
Job Responsibilities
Assemble breakfast and lunch sandwiches quickly and accurately
Assist with barista and cashier responsibilities as needed
Work closely with team members in a high-volume environment
Handle hot bagels, food, and kitchen equipment safely
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Support prep work, stocking, and overall shop operations
Help maintain a smooth workflow during busy rush periods

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable standing for long periods and handling hot items
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Open to performing all duties required during a shift
Cashier or barista experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.

This is a hands-on position that requires teamwork, speed, and flexibility. Team members are expected to assist wherever needed throughout the shift, including sandwich making, drinks, cashiering, cleaning, prep work, and stocking.
If you prefer to only perform certain tasks or are not comfortable helping in all areas of the shop, this position may not be the right fit.
