The Team Member role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting selling initiatives, and completing various store tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, operating cash registers, merchandise recovery, participating in freight and merchandising processes, assembling merchandise, performing janitorial duties, and assisting with loading purchases.
They must be flexible, reliable, and adaptable, capable of working varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
Physical requirements include lifting, moving merchandise up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment like forklifts and balers (age restrictions apply).
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (not mandatory but preferred), with strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
Work environment is generally indoor with moderate noise, and safety protocols are emphasized.
