Team Manager NIght Shift Production

 

We’re looking for a motivated leader who can drive safety, quality, and production performance while supporting and developing team members in their department.. This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring products meet customer and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Ideal candidates must exhibit a high level of integrity and professionalism, must be team oriented, and demonstrate strong ledership as part of a cross functional plant management team. This person must be people focused and be able to lead their team to success. The candidate must also have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and posess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

 

Minimum of three years supervisory experience preferred or equivalent leadership experience. College degree preferred, but not required. This position will train on dayshift for an extended period of time to learn our operation.
