Role Title: Team Manager - Children with Disabilities
We are currently seeking a permanent 18.5 Team Manager to co-lead (alongside an existing, experienced Team Manager) the South (office base Shire Hall) Children with Disabilities Hub and support the ongoing operations of the county wide Children With Disabilities 0-18 Service.
About the Team:
The Children with Disabilities Team (CwDT) supports children with complex and profound needs as a result of their disabilities.
The team is passionate about working with children, families and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for vulnerable children. The team undertake Family Help Assessments and works with Children in Need, children subject to Child Protection Plans and Children in Care. A multi-disciplinary approach is modelled in the team in partnership with both universal and mainstream services to support children, young people and their families.
Now is an exciting time to be part of our team as Warwickshire begins to embed our Families First teams who support the young people in our County. Our approach is about locality working, multi disciplinary and multi agency teams that support the whole family. Building strong partnerships with local services, Health, Police and Education.

About the Role:
We are recruiting for X1 18.5 hour Social Work Qualified Team Manager in CwDT.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career or try something new. Experience in a disabilities team is not essential, we are looking for candidates with substantial qualified social work experience in a statutory setting and relevant skills, knowledge, and strong transferable skills such as leadership, decision-making, and the ability to support and develop a team. If you share our passion for delivering excellent services for children and families, relational practice working collaboratively with partners, and driving good practice, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
