Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs
- Assist in training new hires and set the tone for each shift
- Be a friendly and encouraging team player
- Lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and manage cash drawers
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a bright smile and maintain eye contact
- Speak enthusiastically and create emotional connections with guests
- Lead with Servant-Heart
- Reliable transportation is essential
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills and a desire to serve
- Commitment to delivering superior customer service
- Team-oriented with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required
