    We are seeking an experienced and motivated team leader to join our manufacturing team, specialising in the production of freestanding display units (FSDUs). You'll play a key role in leading a team of production operatives, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The role will include working a night shift, 10pm-6am.

    The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure.     As part of their role, the successful candidate will be expected to:

    • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff to achieve daily targets and deliver outstanding results
    • Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process for FSDUs, ensuring quality standards are met at every stage
    • Monitor workflow, adjust schedules, and allocate resources to meet tight deadlines and customer requirements
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
    • Work collaboratively with other departments
    • Maintain accurate records of production, performance, and inventory
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment

    Essential skills and experience:

    • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment, ideally with FSDUs or similar display solutions
    • Strong understanding of KPIs, target setting, and quality assurance
    • Good standard of computer literacy, with good organisational and communication skills
