Team Leader Interventional Radiology - RN Or Rad Tech

Position Summary

The Team Lead - Interventional Radiology (IR) Registered Nurse or Radiology Tech provides clinical and operational leadership for Interventional Radiology services at Midtown and Gateway. This role oversees daily operations, staff scheduling, patient access, workflow, and process improvement to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.

The Team Lead manages daily operations for IR and CT at Midtown and Gateway and coordinates RN coverage for MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine as needed to support operational and patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for IR at Midtown and Gateway.
• Manage workflow for IR and CT services.
• Develop and coordinate staff schedules and RN coverage.
• Coordinate nursing support for MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine.
• Improve patient access, throughput, and operational efficiency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Serve as a clinical resource and collaborate with physicians, staff, and leadership to optimize patient care.
