Do you love helping others and being part of a strong team? Do you have supervisory experience in the field of direct supports?

OCCK, Inc. is seeking a highly dedicated, driven, self-motivated individual to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals.

This team leader position will supervise Direct Service Professionals and Employment staff as assigned, ensuring quality services are provided.

Services are provided in the community to establish positive routines, develop functional skills and for the enhancement of daily living skills.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Must have basic math skills
• Must have a proven work history, with a supervisory experience
• Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting
• Must be available to work various shifts
• Must have a valid driver's license, and be able to meet the requirements of OCCK's insurance company providing coverage for vehicles.
• Must have a GED or a high school diploma
