- Fluent in both Chinese and English (required)
- Technician, electronics, repair, manufacturing, or production experience required
- Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Lead and support daily production operations
- Coordinate workflow and team activities to meet production goals
- Oversee receiving, inventory movement, and kitting processes
- Support repair and troubleshooting operations
- Manage packaging and unpackaging activities
- Train and assist team members as needed
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity standards are met
- Serve as a communication bridge between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking employees
